STATEMENT OF WORK

THIS STATEMENT OF WORK (“SOW”) is entered into by and between CA NETWORKS (“Consultant”) and the Client identified below as part of the Consulting Agreement entered into between Consultant and Client (the “Agreement”).   Consultant and Client agree as follows:

1. Defined Terms.  All capitalized terms used, but not defined, herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Agreement.

2. Effective Date of this SOW: October 22, 2024. 

3. Services. Include, but not limited to:

4. Compensation.

5. Hardware and Software Procurement.  Unless otherwise agreed in advance by Consultant, Client shall be responsible for the purchase and timely delivery of all equipment, hardware, and software.  Consultant shall not be responsible for warranty, replacement, support or repair of defective or malfunctioning hardware or software, but will cooperate with Client to facilitate such actions with retailers and manufacturers.
